How To Feel Better On Your Next Shift - Lesson 1

It’s time to set your baseline.  You can’t know if you’re feeling better if you don’t know what you’re feeling right now.  Take a moment to ask yourself what is the primary emotion you feel while you’re on shift?  Then grab a piece of paper and write down the reasons you feel this way.  You can do this for up to 3 emotions.
