How To Feel Better On Your Next Shift - Lesson 2

It’s not the circumstances around you that cause your feelings.  Your thoughts cause your feelings.  You can manage and change your thinking if you want to. This is the secret to feeling better.  Look back at what you wrote for Lesson 1.  Take a moment to separate your thoughts from the facts.  Don’t be surprised if there aren’t many facts.  Anything that 100% of people wouldn’t agree about is a thought.
